A Historic Day: 3 Numbers to Know from the Jaguars' Win
The Jaguars broke or tied several records in Week 9.
The house usually wins in Las Vegas, but that wasn't the case at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday. The Jaguars defeated the Raiders in a rollercoaster of an overtime thriller that saw six different lead changes; the game was as drunk as its patrons. We have DaVon Hamilton's game-winning batted pass to thank for Victory Monday.
Here are 3 Numbers to Know following Jacksonville's Week 9 win.

That's how many records were broken or tied by a Jaguars player on Sunday.
Josh Hines-Allen recorded 1.5 sacks on Sunday to reach 55.0 in his career, tying Tony Brackens for the most in franchise history.
It took some time to get there. The two-time Pro Bowler had 33 pressures but just 0.5 sacks in the first seven games of the season. In Las Vegas, he had 1 quarterback hit and 1 tackle assist through through 59 minutes and 50 seconds of game time.
Hines-Allen finally got going in clutch time, splitting a sack with Emmanuel Ogbah at the end of regulation before getting the job done himself with a solo sack in overtime. He may end up breaking the franchise milestone next week when he faces Texans LT Aireontae Ersery, who permitted 3 quarterback hits and a half sack to him in Week 3. Or maybe he'll capture the record at home in Week 10 against the Chargers, who could be without LT Joe Alt (ankle).
Regardless, Hines-Allen's inevitable rewrite of the record books will likely go down as the highlight of the season.
"So proud of Josh, somebody that's put so much into this organization, this team, this community," Liam Coen said postgame. "For him to have that moment, and I know he'll break it here soon, he was a man on a mission. I mean, he was frustrated at times today, and stuck with it. Had a huge play for us in overtime."
"More importantly, we got the win," Hines-Allen said. "That tops everything."
awesome moment here.

While Hines-Allen tied a significant record, Trevor Lawrence broke a surprising one. He rushed for 2 touchdowns to reach 18 in his career, passing David Garrard for the most by a quarterback in franchise history. Only Jalen Hurts (15) and Josh Allen (10) have more career games with multiple rushing touchdowns than Lawrence (five) since 2021.
And while Lawrence broke a surprising record, Cam Little set a league-wide one.

Little also holds the sport's unofficial record with a 70-yarder from the preseason. Considering that boot, plus his 27 made field goals and 108 points scored last season (both franchise rookie records), he was a bright spot entering 2025.
The second-year placekicker started the season 6-for-6 before finding himself in the first dry spurt of his young career. He had a miss in four of the next five games.
Coen's belief was unfazed, saying during the bye week he had no interest in bringing in competition and trusted that Little would make big kicks down the line. That faith was handsomely rewarded. 'Legatron' made clutch kicks of 33 and 48 yards, and all three of his extra point attempts, after his historic 68-yarder.
"That was what ignited us," Coen said postgame. "For a guy that we have not lost confidence in- everybody's been trying to get us to lose confidence in him, I know that for sure, and we have never lost confidence in him."
According to Next Gen Stats, Little had a 4.3% chance of making his 68-yard field goal based on conditions and altitude.
He said postgame, "Me and Logan [Cooke] kind of had a one-on-one right before the kick, and I said, 'I'm going to hit this ball as hard as I can.' Usually when I tell myself that, I find success."
"For them to go out there when I'm obviously not performing my best and standing on the table for me is something I'll forever be indebted to this organization. But I think that kind of talks about what kind of culture we have here ... I'm so proud to be in this organization and be a part of something where the culture and having each other's back means something."
